Exchange Policy

  1. Please contact +94775366487, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason within 12 hours of delivery.
  2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
  3. You can handover the package to our head office by hand delivering, courier or SL post.
  4. Please also note that there will be a 300 LKR delivery charge for exchange and we only allow one exchange occurrence.
  5. Exchange processing may take up to 2 working days.
  6. Most returns are processed within 2 business days after we receive your package.
  7. You can either purchase a new product or get credit voucher for the same value.
  8. Please note we don’t accept discounted items and nose rings (due to hygiene issues) for exchange or returns.
